I couldn't be more impressed with Smith Wright and Company, and Stephanie. As those of you shopping on Etsy for this type of jewelry would know, these items are sold by other vendors and at various price points. I researched all of them, read all the reviews, and messaged with four of them. There was absolutely no comparison: Stephanie at Smith Wright and Company blew her competitors out of the water. The level of customer service I received from Stephanie is seriously the best I've known in my life. And her skills and craftsmanship as an engraver are truly impressive. The size of the oval was perfect. I wish the font was interlock but I chose circle. They are great gifts.
